South Middle School
"Home of the Rebels!"
Enrollment:  701

Principal, Larry Stevens
Assistant Principal, Jeanne Deming

The goal of South Middle School is to provide a program of academic excellence for every child. Each child is unique and special; at the same time all middle school children have certain characteristics in common. Excellence is achieved in our school because facilities, curriculum, programs, and relationships are built upon the common needs of our children. They are at the heart of every decision, every program, and every day.

Bully BoxUse SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).

We now have a Bully Box that the South Middle School Student Ambassador Class created. They have heard about bullying throughout South. They want the bullying to come to a stop. They created the Bully Box for comments and concerns about bullying. WE want them to be completely ANONOMYOUS. The comments and concerns can be written on a sticky note or a strip of paper. The Bully Box can be found at the office on the ledge. The Bully Box will be empties every week and kept in the safety of the Student Ambassadors. This Bully box was created to help the Student Ambassadors stop the bullying. Please don’t waste their time on comments that are not about bullying. Thank You!
