The game has Started

I step onto the field,

Heart racing,

i see all the players active and fast.

5 minutes have past,

The referee blows his whistle...

The game, has started.

One player kicks the ball,

She doesn't trust herself

Wants to make a goal,

She thought about what her parents told her

"Always trust yourself"

30 seconds later

She shot the ball

SCORE!!!!

Breaking Dawn

I see bear cubs

being taught

how to fish by their mothers.

I hear the wind wistling

and the water trickling.

I smell the fresh rainfall

and the distinct smell

of the salmon

popping out of the water.

I feel the warmth of the sun

as it slowly crosses

over the horizon.

I taste the sweet berries

fresh from the blossom bushes.

I am a waking rabbit.

The dark dark woods

Walking in the dark dark woods

the trail BuMpY and wide

looking up at trees

I see bright yellow eyes that rustle with whoo-whoo

that echos in the dark night

walking up a hill

at the top

lights on in the city

the city gets dimmer and dimmer

the night tries to fight

but it loses its battle

until there is no more light.

Rollercoaster

I get in the seat,

Put down the gaurd, KLANK!

My stomach is in a knot,

Not sure I want to go,

But it's too late.

I shoot off, like a rocket,

Going up up up,

Slowing down at the top,

Looking down at the world.

Quickly swooshing,

Zooming down a free fall,

Hands up, having fun,

Suddenly it's scary,

I'm in the staition,

'I SURVIVED!!!'

Help

Laying on the side of the road

terrified

I lay there seeing buildings and houses crash and raise around me

Swoosh!

Pieces fly high in the air

until they reach the swirling mass.

As I lay alone

I see dirt rise into the funnel cloud

all I can think is

"Mommy."

Kneeling in the ditch

I wonder

Where is my daughter?

Is she ok?

Glass, wood, and metal dash everywhere

Then

twirrling in a circle

they raise higher and higher

now

racing through town

standing in the middle of the street

all I can say is

"Sweet heart, where are you?"

then

it stops

the funnel cloud dies

she is laying in the other ditch

"Mommy I found you"

then her eyes softly close...

The Chase

Thriving for strength

I jump the fence

CRASH!

I fell

I'm in a ghost town.

TRAPPED!

I don't know where to run,

My mind racing.

I don't think and RUN through an alley

Dead END!

CORNERED!

I did the unthinkable,

And Climbed over the wall...

SAFE!

trapped

struggling,

trying to get away

forces pulling you deeper

seaweed

scratching

brave enough to be still

comes up safe
