Mission Statement

The mission of the Rapid City Area School District's Office of Federal Programs, Grants and Assessment is to coordinate and manage resources which supplement quality instructional practices that positively impact student achievement, and to facilitate both formative and summative assessments that measure student achievement.

State required writing assessment given to grades 5, 7 and 10 scored on a scale of 1 to 4 with 4 being the highest. District results only. Contact your school for school results. State results available on the South Dakota Department of Education website.
